St Mary, Slough is a welcoming church with traditional style of worship. It offers a place where Christians from all walks of life and backgrounds meet together regularly for worship and social gatherings. St Laurence, Upton is the oldest building in Slough and home to a friendly congregation seeking to share both in worship and in fellowship. The astronomer Sir William Herschel is buried here and the churchyard may have inspired Elegy in a country churchyard by Thomas Gray.

St Peter, Chalvey is an Anglo-Catholic church which reaches out
to one of the most diverse and ethnically mixed suburbs of Slough. The
congregation reflects that diversity. Its mission statement is
“Proclaiming the Good News – Worshipping God – Loving one another –
